Our Board

Sandra L. Harley serves as board chair and is a continuing member of the Board of Directors. She has general management of the Corporation’s business and general supervision of the other officers.  

Kevin A. Mason serves as board vice chair, performs the duties, and exercises the powers of the chair in case of her temporary absence.

Milton DeVaughn serves as board secretary and records all votes and minutes of all board’s proceedings. He authorizes all board documents requiring its seal.

Ellis R. Harcum, Jr. serves as board treasurer and keeps full and accurate account of BIG4COC’s receipts and disbursements. He also serves as backup to the secretary in his absence.
